One thing that make elf life easier is to simply put them in a position. Our yoga elf is just that. Add our cute printable (or done for you) yoga mat to the mix and your elf can have some fun.
I find kids love it when an activity is involved with their Elf. When they get to do a craft or play a game it makes it even more fun. This elf yourself craft is a fun little game included in my elf kit. Kids get to add their photo to and elf and make him/her dance around!
Why not just make it a movie night and put a movie out with your elf that your kids love to watch during the holidays? Simply set out the movie and a note to your kids from the elf.
This one is just so easy. Pick any seasonal object, candy canes, ornaments, tags, etc, and hide a few around. Then leave a note and let the kids find all the items around the house.
